In most cases our servers work with the default email POP3 and SMTP settings.

As soon as you create an email address in cpanel, you can opt for automatic Outlook configuration. At any time you wish to use our automatic email client configuration scripts just access the "email accounts" section in your cpanel or hosting account manager - depending on wich type of server configuration you have and click on the Configure Mail Client Button.

I case that you wish or need to manually configure your email these are the general/default settings to use:

Manual Settings

Mail Server Username: youremailaddress
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com (server requires authentication) port 26

Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) *.websitewelcome.com

Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) *.websitewelcome.com (server requires authentication) port 465

Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)
